Reservations

To confirm reservations, Villas Hermosas requires a 50% deposit to hold any or all villas. Upon receipt of your deposit, you will be sent a confirmation of your reservation at which time you will be deemed to have accepted our Terms & Conditions, including our cancellation policy. The balance is due upon check-in.

Cancellation Policy

More than 4 months notice: full refund of deposit, less any bank fees incurred by Villas Hermosas
45 days to 4 months notice: 50% refund of deposit, less any bank fees incurred by Villas Hermosas
Less than 45 days notice: no refund or credit of deposit

In case of early departure or late arrival, there will be no refund or credit for nights not used. All cancellations must be received in writing.
